We use  ought to +infinitive verb with you/we/they/he/she/it/I  to say what is the                                            right thing to do now or in the future



Positive Sentences:  You/we/they/I/he/she/it/singular nouns/plural nouns +ought to + infinitive verb
                                 They ought to continue paying attention
                                 We ought to accept what they say
                                  I ought to teach them
                                  He ought to speak well
                                  The boys ought  to maintain the house properly 
                                 


Negative Sentences:  You/we/they/I/he/she/it/singular nouns/plural nouns + ought not to +infinitive verb                       


                                   They ought not to continue paying attention
                                    We ought not to accept what they say
                                     I ought not to teach them
                                     He ought not to speak well
                                     The boys ought not to maintain the house properly
